Terms & conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to the dog grooming services provided by "AG Dog Care", owned by Aleksandra Godovkina, Kronwinkler Str. 27A, 81245 München. The scope and arrangements for each grooming visit are agreed individually

2. Appointments

Appointments are arranged directly with "AG Dog Care". An enquiry by WhatsApp, email or telephone does not constitute confirmation of an appointment. Your visit is confirmed once we have agreed on the appointment together

Dogs are groomed individually, with the time each dog needs. We discuss the estimated collection time when you bring your dog; you will be informed if grooming takes longer

3. Dogs we accept

  • We currently accept dogs weighing up to 20 kg
  • Our services are primarily for calm adult dogs who are already familiar with grooming
  • Puppies and dogs needing time to get used to grooming are accepted by prior arrangement
  • Dogs showing aggressive behaviour are not accepted
  • If your dog has fleas or other parasites, the visit must be postponed until the problem has been resolved

4. Information before your visit

Please tell "AG Dog Care" in advance about your dog's skin and coat condition, health concerns, allergies and reactions during previous grooming visits. You can discuss haircut preferences and send photographs of matting before the appointment

5. Prices and additional care

Prices are stated in euros. No VAT is charged under Section 19 UStG, in accordance with the small business exemption. Current services and prices are listed under Prices

The price calculator provides an estimate based on your answers. The care actually required is assessed from your dog and their coat and discussed with you. Additional care for matting, longer intervals between visits or settling in is charged according to the rates described on the website

For adult dogs, surcharges for matting and longer intervals between visits are not added together: the higher surcharge is applied once. The puppy surcharge described on the website already includes this additional care

6. Cancellations, rescheduling and late arrivals

You can cancel an appointment or request a different time by sending "AG Dog Care" a message. Cancellation is free of charge, including at short notice. No cancellation fees or contractual penalties are charged for cancellations or missed appointments

Please let us know if you will be late or unable to attend, so we can discuss the next steps together

Any statutory right of withdrawal applicable to a contract concluded at a distance remains unaffected. Free appointment cancellation does not restrict that right

7. Wellbeing and safety

The extent of grooming depends on the coat's condition and the procedures your dog tolerates. A complete haircut is not always possible, especially during initial visits and with puppies. Grooming is adapted to your dog's reactions and interrupted for breaks when needed

If a dog shows aggressive behaviour or safe grooming is no longer possible, treatment will not continue. The next steps will be discussed with the owner

8. Liability

Liability and customers' rights are governed by the applicable statutory provisions. These terms do not restrict statutory claims

9. Privacy and applicable law

Information about the processing of personal data is available in our Privacy policy

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected
